We start with the consultation to discuss your goal/goals, get your questions answered and determine if Hypnosis and/or Havening is a good fit for you.

Setting up for Success

We focus on your goal and what is holding you back from achieving it. 

I spend some time getting to know you and learning how you see the world and process events.  This helps me to develop a customized plan for your success.

Step 3: First Session

Introduction to Process

We practice guiding you in and out of hypnosis so you are comfortable, at ease and can get better at it. Hypnosis is like any skill, the more you do it the better you get at it. I also introduce you to the Havening techniques to see if it’s a fit for you.

Step 4: First Session

Working Towards Goal

I guide you into hypnosis and program positive therapeutic suggestions that we create together along with visualizations of you fulfilling your goals.

Step 5: First Session

Self-hypnosis

I teach you how to do self-hypnosis and record a self-hypnosis audio for you to accelerate your progress until our next session.

Step 6: First Session

Most people need between 4-6 sessions to reach their goal. The number of sessions needed will be discussed in your consultation.
